The Stables Brasserie

Set in the grounds of an old mansion turned hotel and country club,
The Stables is
a brasserie refurbished within The Grove's original stable block.

Detailing comes through in the stitched saddle leather menu and receipt wallet, as well as iron wrought handlebars and main signage.

The Stables is part of an extended branding project for The Grove, luxury hotel, spa & golf resort, of which was headed by FOUR IV.
